8 Pro Tips For Storing Your Coronavirus Face Masks At Home

Millions of us are wearing face masks these days to help prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus causing the Covid-19 pandemic. That has created an interesting new storage challenge in our homes: Where the heck should we keep them? I hang mine on a doorknob in my entry foyer. That makes it difficult — not impossible, mind you, but harder — to leave home without one. This is not an ideal or long-term solution, so I reached out to eight industry pros for what they’re doing in their own homes and client projects. Here are their tips from my latest Forbes.com piece, along with an idea of mine for a ‘someone-please-design-one-of-these’ solution for the reusable mask user.

Another piece I wrote for Forbes shares 10 ideas for improving your backyard and outdoor living space. (It was written for Independence Day Weekend, but these suggestions can be used at any time!) Since so many of us are staying home more than traveling right now, making your own ‘great outdoors’ greater with more comfort, amenities and safety makes sense. Some can boost your property value as well as your mood.
