FIVE LESSONS FOR HOW WE LIVE NOW
A Timely Consumer Presentation on Safe, Healthy Living Spaces
AUDIENCE: General Public (Adult)
DESCRIPTION:
So much has changed in how we experience and use our home spaces in the last four years. We’ve experienced a pandemic that created new needs for working, exercising, caregiving and learning where we live, as well as new appreciation for outdoor living. We’ve also dealt with increased flooding and wildfire risks, gained the benefits and drawbacks of new technologies, and potentially found ourselves living in multi-generational households. There are lessons in these new realities for how our homes can support our well-being.
This 30-45 minute PowerPoint presentation provides new insights and approaches, informed by my award-winning Simon & Schuster book, Wellness by Design: A Room-by-Room Guide to Optimizing Your Home for Health, Fitness and Happiness , and its new Bonus Chapter: Lessons for How We Live Now.
