Wellness Design Holiday Gift Guide

Are you looking for holiday gifts to buy for your loved ones, along with your everyone else on your “must-buy-for” list (e.g., teachers, hair stylist, babysitter, furbaby sitter, et al)? Give them the gift of health and wellness this year! I wrote a piece for Forbes.com this week with eight ideas that probably wouldn’t even add up to the cost of a single Peloton if you got all of them. You can check those out here. I included gifts for your kitchen, bathroom and living areas.

You can also get your loved ones my new Wellness by Design book! (It’s great for housewarmings, new baby gifts, weddings and other non-holiday occasions.)  May I suggest buying through one of the independent booksellers in your area? You can do that via Bookshop.org or Indie Bound to help your community’s small business owners while shopping from the safety and convenience of your home.

This is one of the wellness design-inspired ideas for your bathroom.

I’m always grateful for glowing reviews of my books. You can find them on Goodreads and Amazon. (I’d greatly appreciate your reviews too! Here’s a downloadable form to quickly and easily write one you can copy/paste onto your favorite book sites.)
