Are you pregnant? Is someone you love? There seems to be a mini baby boom happening in my social circle, from close friends looking forward to new grandbabies this season to young moms expecting their first children to dads crowing about their new family additions on social media. I read about declining birth rates in America, but I’m not seeing it around me. What about you? If you or someone you know is expecting this season, as Covid still rages through out communities, my latest Forbes.com article on home births could be valuable. It gives the pros and cons of this trend, with insights from healthcare experts on what you need to know.

My latest Trend Spotting from Kitchen & Bath Design News just published. This column focused on what technology — from fitness to wearables to smart home enhancements — the design industry is embracing. This includes what they’re buying for themselves and providing to homeowners. You can read it here.
I got word last week that my latest book will be published in the Czech Republic by one of the top publishers there. I’ve never visited, but would like to go when it’s safe to travel again. My book might beat me to the punch. It’s also going to be published in The Ukraine, one country away from where my grandmother was born. Right now, it’s available in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
PS: I’m always grateful for glowing reviews of my books. You can find them on Goodreads and Amazon. (I’d greatly appreciate your reviews too! Here’s a downloadable form to quickly and easily write one you can copy/paste onto your favorite book sites.)
