This is my favorite time of year! Daylight lengthens, the weather is still comfortable with breezy evenings, and I get to enjoy my postage stamp-sized patio more. Chez J’s home office looks out on this compact space and its pair of bird pillows make me smile. I added them to my patio chairs last year to remind me of the egrets, herons, cranes and docks that flocked to the pond behind my Tampa home years ago. I loved sitting out on our screened lanai watching them fish and play.
