Wellness Real Estate Is Surging – What Are the Top Home Features?

The new real estate report from the Global Wellness Institute didn’t surprise me. I’ve been watching interest in – and demand for – healthy house features surge in the years since the pandemic drove us all home four years ago. It confirmed what I’ve been seeing and added some valuable insights. I share them here in my latest piece for Forbes.com. I also thought it would be helpful to know which wellness features are boosting home sales. I include those details too!
